The neighbouring suburb of Hawthorn has enjoyed a recent burst of creative rejuvenation and social development. Seesaw decided it was time to introduce the buyer to ‘The new Kew’. Step one was to put the project on the map by putting the location in the name. Seesaw created INQU a catchy abbreviation that speaks to the forward-thinking digital-savvy property buyer of today. The on-location photo shoot was designed to capture a fresh sense of creative energy and social stimulus, highlighting new restaurants, shopping districts and unique leisure destinations. In other words, everything a suburban address has to offer, all within easy reach of the city.
The integrated campaign included a brand brochure, investor brochure, high impact print and interactive digital media, image boards and materials swatches for the display suite, plus a dynamic new website. Even before launch, our client reported an enthusiastic response from the investor market. We don’t expect INQU to be on the market for long.
