Ballymore, one of London’s premium property developers, owns a mixed-use site (located between Vauxhall Station and Battersea Park) that will be home to the US Embassy in 2016. It will house over seven large-scale residential and commercial buildings and is one of the last regeneration sites in Central London. Cornwell began working with Ballymore last year to develop the brand and marketing strategy and this year we have delivered a world-class campaign that launched successfully in April. The project was 80% sold in 2 weeks, an unprecedented result in London. We are continuing to work with Ballymore on the balance of the project.
